What are your business hours?

I am available Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm. Design work is not done on the weekends or holidays. I am usually available via chat and email 7 days a week.

What files will I receive?

Depending on what you order.... Logos - JPEG & transparent PNG E-Flyers - PNG Busniess Cards - PDF & PNG

What if I'm not satisfied with my design?

No problem! I provide up to 3 revisions/edits and any after that, there will be a fee of $5 for each revision/edit.

Are there are any refunds?

Deposit is paid before any work is started and it is non-refundable, no exceptions.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time is usually 2-4 business days. Rush jobs are same or next day there is an additional fee of $15. Turnaround time on revisiosns may vary depending on my workload.

Are prices negotiable?

No. Only if there is a promo sale or offer.
